Pupil Premium
Pupil Premium is a government grant which is added to the main funding that schools receive in their annual budget. Pupil Premium is allocated to pupils who are currently registered for Free School Meals, or who have received Free School Meals at any time in the last six years (known as Ever 6 FSM). The funding for these children is £1,480 for the 2024-25 Academic Year. Children who have parents in the Armed Forces are allocated £340 per year. Any looked-after or previously looked-after children are allocated £2,570.
The aim of the Pupil Premium funding is to support eligible children who may be vulnerable to under-achievement and address any gaps in their attainment. It may also be used to provide support to nurture their well-being and to provide children with access to a variety of enriching opportunities or experiences. Further information about how Hadlow Primary School spend the Pupil Premium can be found in the Pupil Premium Strategy 2024-25 below.
If you think your child may be eligible for free school meals, please contact the school office.
